Principal Andrew Bach Selected to the 2015 Class of Leadership Columbia

Congratulations to Principal Andrew Bach on his selection to the 2015 Class of Leadership Columbia sponsored by the Columbia Chamber of Commerce and Fair Missouri Foundation.  The program was developed to identify, cultivate, and motivate future community leaders.  It introduces participants to the community while exposing them to its challenges and the Chamber’s strategic initiatives and goals.

Principal Jim Howard was a member of the Leadership Columbia Class of 2013 and Principal Glen Ehrhardt previously served on the Board of Directors for the Columbia Chamber of Commerce.

The January 27, 2014 edition of Missouri Lawyers Weekly contains the publication’s Annual List of Top Verdicts and Settlements. Rogers, Ehrhardt, Weber & Howard’s full defense verdicts in Smith v. Livingston Construction and Tapee v. Jay Ram, Inc. were ranked #22 and #37 respectively, of all reported defense verdicts for 2013 in the State of Missouri.

Rogers, Ehrhardt, Weber & Howard, L.L.C. welcomes Teresa L. Brown as the newest member of the firm family.  Teresa is Senior Litigation Paralegal, having spent her career working for both private attorneys and the Courts both in Missouri and in Minnesota.  Teresa is married to Jeff Brown, and they have three children: Danton, Ashley and Joseph.

James Howard to take part in upcoming ethics panel discussion at MU Law School

On March 20, 2013, James Howard will join other members of the the Missouri Bar Young Lawyers Section for a panel discussion with law students on the impact of ethical issues on new and young lawyers.  The Panel is hosted by the University of Missouri – School of Law.

Full Defense Verdict in Broken Neck Case for REW&H – Published in Missouri Lawyers Weekly

On March 14, 2013, after a three-day jury trial in the Circuit Court of Boone County, a jury returned a full defense verdict for a local hotel represented by REW&H.  The Plaintiff alleged he tripped over lose and rippling carpet in the hotel’s hallway which caused his fall and resulting broken neck at the C-2 Odontoid.
